Blue Sky Sailing offers private charters aboard their 47′ sailing yacht. Designed and built in France by Beneteau, one of the oldest and largest sailboat builders in the world, Splendour in the Wind is a fully-equipped, ocean-going sailing yacht.

Several different charters are available with Blue Sky Sailing. Choose from full-day, half-day, or sunset sails.

Trips include snorkel stops at Stingray City and other reefs and can be fully customised to suit your schedule, budget and preferences.

Daytime sailing charter package below includes:

Complimentary sodas, water and a fresh fruit platter
Snorkel equipment, including fins and masks
Snacks for the stingrays
Float noodles and safety vests
Coolers, ice and drinkware

You are welcome to bring your favourite beverages and snacks on board too!

What to Expect

A truly amazing experience! Captain Orneil and First Mate Nemo were professional, personable, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our full-day excursion enjoyable and entertaining. We (myself, husband, and adult children) highly recommend Captain Orneil and Splendour in the Wind when booking a private sail during a visit to Grand Cayman.

Highly recommend Capt. Orneal and Blue Sky Sailing! My husband booked this a couple months ahead of time with Karen his wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a cloudy day so we were concerned about seeing the sunset but Captain Orneal somehow found the perfect spot for us to see the beautiful colors of the sun setting. This was an amazing experience and we can’t recommend this more.
