A Walk in Her Shoes, Cayman Islands Crisis Centre

Gentlemen, get ready to don your best heels once again, as the Crisis Centre hosts A Walk in Her Shoes.

Participants are encouraged to participate to help raise funds for the shelter by wearing a pair of shoes that they would not normally wear to 'Walk in Their Shoes'. Individual and local companies come together at this event to help raise awareness of the CICC and their continued efforts to provide support for local victims, as domestic abuse does not discriminate against age, gender, race, ethnicity status, or sexual orientation. 

How does it work?

1. Sign up as a team or individual - CI$25 (US$30) per person for registration, email to register.

2. Get your friends and family to donate to support you. .

3. Each participant will walk a maximum of 5 laps (minimum of 1 lap).

4. For every $150 you raise, 1 lap will be removed (ie: if you raise $450, you only have to walk 2 laps). The more money raised the less laps to walk in heels.

5. Wear a pair of shoes that you would not normally wear.… the more bling the better.

7. Get all of your friends to sign up and participate too!
