There are always plenty of fun events and activities happening in the Cayman Islands to keep visitors and residents entertained. From delicious foodie events and sporting spectaculars to community happenings, there really is a Cayman event to suit everyone's tastes.
Cayman events are always sociable occasions that generate a great turnout and are a wonderful opportunity to spend time with old friends and meet new ones.

January 2025
Cayman Cookout - 15th-20th January
Join Chef Eric Ripert for the annual Cayman Cookout, celebrating food and wine. Enjoy demonstrations from world famous chefs, competitions, tastings, gala dinners and more at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.
February 2025
Super Bowl 2025 - 9th February

Coco Fest at Pedro St James - Date TBD
A celebration of all thing’s coconut, Pedro St. James, and the Tourism Attraction Board (TAB) are looking forward hosting its annual Coco Fest. Coco Fest brings together local cooks, craftsmen, producers, artisans, and farmers through a shared love for the Cayman coconut in a fun and interactive environment. There will also be demonstrations on the uses of coconut throughout Cayman’s history.

March 2025
Cayman Islands Agricultural Show - 5th March
A fun family event in Lower Valley, showcasing the Island’s best animals, produce and food with live music, arts and crafts sale and activities for all the family to enjoy. It is held annually on Ash Wednesday.
The Cayman Islands Orchid Show - Date TBD
A fantastic floral show that includes indigenous Cayman orchids with exotic orchids for sale. Held at the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park. www.facebook.com/QEIIbotanicpark.
Rundown - Date TBD
An annual comedy show that has been running since 1992. It takes a light hearted dig at the multicultural society that is Cayman. www.artscayman.org
April 2025
Kaibo Kitefest - Date TBD
A family fun day on the beach with kite competitions, live music and kite-making for the kids. www.kaibo.ky
Taste of Cayman - Date TBD
Taste of Cayman is a famous food and drink event held annually in Grand Cayman. Now in its 37th year it attracts in excess of 5,000 people and features in the region 45 of Cayman's best restaurants plus local and international wines, liquors and brews. Taste of Cayman features a host of festival entertainment including cooking demonstrations, cocktail competitions, live music and fireworks for people to enjoy.
Easter Weekend - 18th April-21st April
You’ll find lots of fantastic events happening over Easter in the Cayman Islands. This year Easter falls on Sunday 20th April. Good Friday and Easter Monday are public holidays so residents enjoy a lovely long weekend in Cayman.
Batabano Carnival Junior Parade - Date TBD
Featuring children’s parades, calypso and soca dancing, steel drums and food.
Cayman Islands International Fishing Tournament - April 29th-May 6th

May 2025
Batabano Adult Parade - Date TBD
An explosion of Caribbean music, dancing and costumes that brings George Town to life with steel pan bands, floats and a parade.
Cayman Art Week - Dates TBD
An annual week-long curated programme of gallery tours and open studios around the Cayman Islands, Cayman Art Week is designed to connect collectors and art lovers with creators and to facilitate the sale of art.
June 2025
Flowers Sea Swim - 14th June
Over 1,000 competitors, including Olympic level swimmers, take part in this annual one mile swim along Seven Mile Beach. Hundreds of prizes to be won.
July 2025
July-Aug - Summer Moonlight & Movies
Every Tuesday throughout July-Aug enjoy a family friendly movie under the stars in Camana Bay. Bring a blanket and have a picnic!
Constitution Day - 7th July
Celebrate Constitution Day at Camana Bay Harbour. Also a public holiday monday.
August & September 2025

October 2025
Cayman Restaurant Month - All of October
If you’ve always wanted to try a particular restaurant in Cayman or love to dine out but your budget doesn’t allow you as many nights out as you’d like, Cayman Restaurant Month is your chance to re-visit your favourite restaurant or branch out and try something new.
Cayman Cocktail Week - October
A unique celebration of Cayman's cocktail culture with an incredible array of cocktail parties, culinary events and tastings.

November 2025
The Cayman Islands Triathlon - Date TBD
Held on the first weekend in November. All you need to enter is a bathing suit, a bicycle, helmet and running shoes! Race solo or as part of a team. There are also participant training sessions prior to the main event which are well attended and great fun www.triathlon.ky.
Pirates Week - Date TBD
A swashbuckling good time for all three Islands! The week features a full-on mock pirate invasion of the Island and capture of the Governor! The festivities continue for five fun-filled days of pirate parades, music, street dancing, competitions, wonderful local food and drink, kids day, sports events, Heritage Days and firework displays.
Tree Lighting at Camana Bay
Enjoy a Holiday Craft Market and live music on the Paseo from 4pm. The Town Centre, including the tree, will be illuminated at 7pm. Restaurant reservations along the Paseo and the Crescent are encouraged.
Gimistory
An international festival that brings together storytellers from Cayman, the Caribbean and North America. Events take place in parks, beaches and even private backyards, evoking an atmosphere of the days of yore when storytelling was the only entertainment. www.artscayman.org
December 2025
Cayman Islands Marathon - 7th December
Full and half marathons, four person relays and a kid’s fun run with the beautiful scenic backdrop of the Island and Caribbean Sea.
Christmas Day - 25th December
Christmas is always a fun-filled day in Cayman with numerous restaurants hosting Christmas lunch.
New Year’s Eve Fireworks - 31st December
