Easter is a very special time in the Cayman Islands. The holiday centres on the religious event; both Good Friday and Easter Monday are public holidays and there is plenty of Easter themed activities to keep the whole family entertained.

Take a selfie with Blossom the bunny in on the Crescent in Camana Bay. Monday 31st March and Tuesday 1st April 2025.
Easter Songs & Stories with Ms Izzy
Spring over to the Crescent lawn in Camana Bay
for a chirp-tastic singalong and storytime with Miss Izzy. Gather your
peeps for some screen-free fun and be rewarded with eggs-citing goodie
bags filled with candies and other little surprises for kids in
attendance. Tuesday 1st April & Wednesday 23rd April 2025.

The Easter Garden
Join Baobab for
a whimsical morning of story and sensory play! The Easter Garden - a
play based nature workshop celebrates beautiful gardens, bunnies and the
new life spring brings us. Saturday 12th April 2025.
Easter Festivities and Moonlight & Movies
Join Camana Bay
on the Crescent lawn for an eggs-tra special time with Easter treats
and face painting by Art'y Parties between 5pm-7pm. Stick around for a
hare-raising movie night under the stars with a showing of The Prince of
Egypt (PG, 1998) at 7.15pm. Tuesday 15th April 2025.
Easter Shell-Ebration Resident Special
Celebrate Easter at the Cayman Turtle Centre. All weekend long, children 12 and under get in free with proof of CI residency. Saturday 19th April-Monday 21st April 2025.
Breakfast with Bunny
Celebrate Easter with a delicious breakfast at the Cayman Turtle Centre.
Enjoy live music, games, treats, and a special meet and greet with the
Easter Bunny. Kids will receive a special gift to take home and can
capture the magic with photos alongside the Easter Bunny. Saturday 19th April 2025.
Easter Regatta, Round the Island Race
Whether you're a sailor or a spectator, Cayman's annual Easter Regatta
is sure to thrill. This round the Island race is in its 58th year and
is organised by the Cayman Islands Sailing Club. On Good Friday, the
boats will leave the North Sound and sail over 41 miles east. The race
finishes with prize giving at Sunset House from around 3pm-3.30pm. On
Easter Saturday some of the boats will participate in the Back to the
Sound Race, departing from the previous days finish line and race the 12
miles round to the North Sound, completing the circle round the
Island. It's a great opportunity to see local sailors in action and
enjoy some tropical drinks. 18th & 19th April 2025.
Kitefest
A fantastic family fun day on the beach to honor the old Caymanian tradition of kite flying. Head to Kitefest and enjoy kite competitions and live music from 1pm-4pm. Held at Kaibo. Monday 21st April 2025.

Easter Brunch
Brunches are even more appealing when there is a holiday the next day, so you’ll find Cayman’s popular brunch spots are even busier than usual on Easter Sunday. Hot spots include LUCA, The Ritz-Carlton, the Marriott Resort, the Westin, the Kimpton Seafire, Agua, Grand Old House and many more. Savour copious amounts of incredible food and free flowing bubbles, and then sleep it off on the beach or by the pool for a seriously relaxing day! Round the Island Race
Whether you’re a sailor or a spectator, Cayman’s annual Easter Regatta is sure to thrill. This round the island race is in its 58th year and is organised by the Cayman Islands Sailing Club and sponsored by Harbour House Marina. On Good Friday, the boats will leave the North Sound and sail over 41 miles east. The race finishes with Prizegiving at Sunset House from around 3pm-3.30pm (if wind conditions are good). On Easter Saturday some of the boats will participate in the Back to the Sound Race, departing from the previous day’s finish line and race the 12 miles round to the North Sound, completing the circle round the Island. It’s a great opportunity to see local sailors in action and enjoy some tropical drinks. Crew places are often available for the event. Camping at Easter
Camping on Cayman’s beaches over Easter is traditional in the Cayman Islands. Every year you will see hundreds, if not thousands of people camping on beaches all over the Cayman Islands. It’s a great opportunity for families and friends to get together and reminisce about simpler times, as well as enjoy the natural beauty of the Cayman coastline. Families start marking their spot in the days leading up to Good Friday, when they move in and begin a long weekend of fun filled activities such as swimming, fishing, playing games, barbecuing and generally have a great time!

Cayman Staycation
Staycations on the North Side or in the Eastern Districts are very popular amongst residents over the Easter break. Avoid airport stress and spend the weekend relaxing in a lovely villa with stunning sea views. Take advantage of all the activities available in the Eastern Districts for a weekend filled with adventure. Refuel with a BBQ at home or a fantastic meal at Kaibo or Rum Point. A wonderful weekend away from everyday life!
