Public Holiday: National Heroes Day Grand Cayman

Each year on National Heroes Day, the Cayman Islands honours residents who have made valuable contributions to our nation and reflects upon past honourees.

The 2026 National Heroes Day Awards Presentation will take place on 26th January at 9am in Heroes Square. The ceremony honours those who have shaped the economy of our Islands through their vision, hard work, and determination.
