Fourteen years ago Italian owners Cristiano and Walter established Agua Restaurant and Lounge in Grand Cayman with the intention of creating a fresh and vibrant dining experience. The combination of a unique Italian Peruvian menu, a casually elegant setting and attentive service has cemented Agua as one of the leading players in the Island’s restaurant scene.
