KARoo’s concept space was tailor-made for Camana Bay as a social hub to meet with friends, with an emphasis on fresh and natural ingredients. The bar revives cocktail culture, serving innovative cocktails with locally made craft beers on draft and a carefully curated selection of world class wines by the glass. The kitchen offers a wide selection of culinary delights, including handmade burgers, flatbreads and small plates perfect for sharing, as well as some celebrations of Caribbean cuisine.
