Silk is Cayman’s newest Asian restaurant serving authentic Chinese cuisine found in Hong Kong and mainland China. Dishes include dim sum appetizers, comprising of handmade dumplings and Peking duck, seafood dishes and Cantonese lobster. If you like noodles, there's Chow Mein, Singapore Noodles and Nanjing Noodles. Silk also serve wine, speciality cocktails, well drinks and local and imported beer.
