The Ritz-Carlton Spa is open from 9am to 7pm daily and is a haven of calm, serenity and pampering. Come early and enjoy the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi before being taken to the relaxation lounge where you will await your treatment. With a wide range of beauty treatments from a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage, to a 60 minute Age Defying Facial, and manicures and pedicures in between, there is something for everyone.
Alternatively, play a round of golf at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. Tee times can be booked from 7am to 4pm and you can play 9 holes on the Blue Tip course which is 3516 yards long and was designed by Greg Norman.
The Ritz-Carlton Fitness Centre is open from 6am-8pm daily, offers yoga and pilates classes, as well as private fitness training. The very well equipped gym includes cardiovascular equipment,
elliptical machines, exercise bikes, free weights, rowing machines, a couple of stair climbers, lots of strength equipment and weight machines and multiple treadmills.
